We cannot accept returns on embroidered, personalized, final sale items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If, within 30 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return non-embroidered purchases for a refund.

• The original shipping charge will not be refunded. 
• Any shipping costs related to the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Restocking Fee: Once the returned item(s) arrive, a quality assessment will be conducted by our team. If the item(s) returned show signs of wear, or have had tags and/or packaging removed, a restocking fee of up to 15% will be deducted from your refund.
